Carol-Ann, trained as a mental health nurse and worked in a variety of mental health settings. She has worked as a mental health promotion specialist in public health and as a commissioner across all settings and age groups.
Carol-Ann is an experienced strategic lead commissioner and manager and has been the Associate Director for Learning Disability and Autism across south east London since 2019.
She is the chair of the staff network that focuses on race and a Freedom to Speak Up champion. She lives in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and is passionate about good mental health, football, volunteering and likes running when she can.
