Cara Charles-Barks is the Chief Executive Officer of BSW Hospitals Group which encompasses Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust and Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. Cara has a wide range of clinical and management experience in the healthcare industry and has completed both a Master of Nursing and Master of Business Administration. Born and raised in Australia, Cara began her career in healthcare by qualifying as a registered nurse in 1991.
