Beth Hill
Beth is passionate about supporting organisations and people to grow and change. She has considerable OD and change management experience through her work as an internal and external OD consultant. She has worked in a range of complex and diverse organisations including, commissioning and provider organisations in the NHS, Local Authority, VCFSE and the private sectors. She is an expert in systems working and supporting change across multiple organisations in the health and care system.
In addition, she is very committed to the population health and reducing both inequalities and addressing issues of health inquiry. She was Co-Director of the Manchester Salford and Trafford Health Action Zone, which was established by the New Labour Government to tackle health inequalities and modernise health and local government. She is currently active in several anchor institute initiatives.
She is currently working in the Leadership, Talent and OD Team in the NHS England London (formerly known as the London Leadership Academy), where she is has been designing and delivering leadership and talent programmes. She is a big fan of Nancy Kline’s the Thinking Environment and is working to bring this approach into the NHS, and into her own life. She believes it is the core to creating compassionate organisations and leaders.
