Ben Richardson is Managing Partner at CF. Ben works at the intersection of health systems and life sciences in the application of health data to create insights, enable intervention and generate evidence. He is an expert in population health, the uptake of innovation, real world evidence and the economics of health.

Ben leads CF’s Life Sciences, Health Investing and Data Sciences work. He has supported CF’s development to become an award-winning company renowned for impact, thought leadership and use of data in healthcare. Prior to joining CF, Ben was at McKinsey for 15 years where he left as a senior partner. With 25 years of experience, he has a wide network across health systems, life sciences, health tech and data science across Europe, the Mideast, Africa, America and Australia. Ben is a Harvard-trained economist.

He has worked with NHS Confed, the Association of British Pharmaceutical Industries, the Institute for Public Policy Research. This work has been published in the FT, the Times, the New Statesman and the HSJ on topics including the economics of health as well as critical priorities such as dementia, cancer, cardiovascular, obesity.
