Attracta Asika
Attracta currently leads the community and out of hospital transformation in South West London main focus on care homes, end of life care and proactive care programs. Prior to SWL, Attracta held various leadership roles at Department of Health to pilot Personal Health Budgets, transformation of primary care services in North Central London, North East London and NHS England, London Region. In North East London and NHS England, Attracta led the transformation of homeless health ensuring those experiencing homelessness receive holistic care. Attracta also designed and developed a Personalisation strategy in primary care with an objective to empower the population to take control of their health and for health professionals to implement a consultation model based on ‘what matters to me’ conversation. This dynamic focuses on the role of community assets in the prevention of ill health. Attracta is passionate about reducing health inequalities through empowering the self and engaging communities.
