Anindita is the Head of Design and Collaboration (interim) for Q, at the Health Foundation
She brings experience from social innovation, service design and systems thinking fields.
She is interested in creating spaces that value difference and diversity to allow new ideas to emerge to address large scale change. She has led on the development of the Cross System Improvement Framework and has led a number of national programmes at Q.
