Andrew Wilkinson is Programme Director for Ambulatory Transformation at Guy’s and St Thomas’.

Andrew led the introduction of a new patient portal across two major NHS trusts, including seven hospital sites and community services. He also leads on wider outpatient transformation strategy.

Previously, Andrew was Director of NHS England’s national outpatient transformation programme, and worked in health policy consultancy, with a particular focus on specialised services.
