Amrita Kulkarni, MSc is a highly experienced leader in patient and community engagement, with over 12 years of expertise across the public and voluntary sectors. She is passionate about reducing health inequalities, fostering inclusive environments, and ensuring that diverse voices shape healthcare services.

Currently serving as Senior Programme Manager for Community Voices at NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB), Amrita leads strategic initiatives to empower underserved communities, ensuring their experiences inform service design and delivery. Previously, as Head of Patient Experience at Norfolk at an acute hospital, she drove significant improvements in patient care, stakeholder engagement, and equality-focused policies.

With a background in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and public involvement, Amrita has a proven track record of delivering impactful change. She is also a trained facilitator in mental health, child psychology, and trauma-informed practices. Passionate about storytelling in healthcare, Amrita continues to champion patient-centered, equitable approaches to service transformation.
