ConfedExpo23 marks a year since ICSs were legally established. This session will explore where ICSs are now and where they are going, and how they are managing increasingly complex challenges and finding solutions.

Our panel will discuss the findings from the NHS Confederation’s survey of ICS leaders, as well as great examples of where partnership working is resulting in tangible improvements and exciting initiatives that will help drive longer-term transformation.
