  • Patchwork Rota: AI-powered rostering covering service planning, rota-building, scheduling, leave management, payroll processes and exception reporting .
  • Patchwork Bank: Increases shift fill and controls pay rates via internal or collaborative staff banks.
  • Agency Manager: Provides full visibility of usage and spend to ensure cost-effective agency selection.
  • Appraisals (L2P): Ensures credential validity and boosts engagement to improve compliance and safety.
  • Data Insights: A cross-product reporting platform to monitor trends and drive continuous improvement.
