At OTUA, we make the process of booking healthcare appointments easy and accessible for all.

Our automated digital and telephone platform OTTO uses AI technology to improve the patient journey, streamline communication and enhance productivity across healthcare organisations, helping the NHS tackle waiting lists faster.

By reducing the administrative burden on booking teams, we free up valuable time, money and resources that can be reinvested into frontline patient care.


What will be showcased on our stand?

OTUA’s stand will feature an interactive showcase of both the OTUA platform and OTTO, our Voice AI patient communication solution.

The stand will include two large screens demonstrating the power and capability of OTTO through live user interfaces, workflow journeys, operational dashboards, and examples of real patient communication pathways. Visitors will also be able to experience demonstrations of automated patient phone calls, including appointment booking, rescheduling, reminders and patient engagement interactions.

In addition, the stand will feature a promotional video and supporting information displayed on a carousel presentation, helping attendees understand OTUA’s wider vision for transforming NHS communication and operational efficiency.

We will also have a dedicated Patient Experience Centre, consisting of an iPad and headphones, allowing visitors to independently listen to and explore a variety of different patient call outcomes and scenarios. This will provide a hands-on demonstration of the patient journey and showcase the natural, conversational experience delivered by OTTO.
