We are committed to reducing reliance on external agencies by growing the NHS Professionals Bank and supporting sustainable workforce planning. 

In 2024/25, we delivered £795 million in displaced agency spend and over 46 million hours of patient care. These outcomes reflect our commitment to reinvesting savings into frontline services.
