Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) is an executive
non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Department for Work &
Pensions (DWP). Included in its statutory responsibilities is improving the
financial wellbeing of the UK and co-ordination of the debt advice sector. MaPS
is the biggest single funder of free debt advice in England.
