ICS Industry Placement Network
ICS Industry Placement Network brings ICS organisations together to
share practice and knowledge about T Level industry placements. Supported
by DfE, the ICS Industry Placement Network provides up-to-date
information, guidance and insights to help embed T-Level students into
strategic workforce planning.
What will be showcased on our stand?
We are an employer-focused network to support those working in any ICS organisation to implement T Level industry placements. The NHS is an organisation with in excess of 350 career options, many of which are aligned to T Level routes. As organisations look to develop ‘grow your own’ strategies as part of their workforce planning, hosting industry
placements for T Level students can give the opportunity to showcase the organisation to young people. T Levels can form a multi-pronged approach to recruitment of the future talent pipeline and we will share with you best practice and offer support to mitigate challenges and barriers and troubleshoot issues.
