Recovery & system transformation

Alzheimer’s Society will share its experience to date in engaging with Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) on how to integrate services in a way that puts the need of people affected by dementia at the centre of their care. Mark, associate director of advocacy and system change at the charity, will provide real-life examples of how people can best work with the VCSE sector to integrate in primary and secondary care and across the ICS.

This session is part of the Recovery and Transformation Zone, which is supported by Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK.
