Seldom heard, not hard to reach – how ICSs can support inclusion health groups
The will be a ‘world café’ style cabaret session, with tables hosted by representatives from initiatives working to improve access, experience and outcomes from health and care for people in inclusion health groups. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the tables and learn more about what they can do around inclusion health (barriers, levers, good examples, what we can do better).
This café-style session will share best practice and key frameworks on inclusion health, and showcase and discuss innovative approaches for place-based inclusion health interventions. Delegates will be encouraged to think to the future when visiting tables, which will showcase a variety of innovative partnerships with different inclusion health groups.
