Provider partnerships: closer working, better outcomes
NHS providers (across primary, community, mental health, acute, ambulance and specialist care) have played an active and strong leadership role in delivering the ambition and objectives of ICSs, both at scale and at place and neighbourhood level, supporting them to fulfil their core purposes. They have increased collaboration across the NHS and with other health and care system partners to transform care and whole-system performance.
This session will focus on the dynamic between provider collaboratives and ICBs. We will consider how provider collaboratives and systems have developed their relationships, working across different sectors and over different ICS boundaries. We will hear reflections from colleagues on challenges they have faced and how they have overcome these to work better together.
