Building a sustainable NHS estate can seem like a mammoth task, one which wouldn’t be possible without our workforce. This session will explore how the Workforce Action Plan will help trusts and ICSs to develop a sustainable workforce that supports NHS ambitions for an estate that is fit to deliver world-class patient care for the future. We’ll discuss how trusts are approaching recruitment in different ways to attract new talent into their workforce, and point attendees to practical tools to help create a sustainable estates and facilities workforce.

This session is part of the Sustainable Healthcare Theatre, which is sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim.
