This session will give an overview of the Better Care Fund Support Programme (2023 – 2025). It will outline the ways in which our expertise and experience is brought together to provide sector-led improvement support to overcome some of the main challenges facing integrated care systems, integrated care partnerships and integrated care boards and places.

The BCF's approach and support programme’s principles will be explained in this session, including the bespoke and universal improvement offer available to systems. We will also reflect on the importance of demand and capacity planning, and how best to embed sustainable improvement.
