This session will explore and discuss different practical tools, including Core20PLUS5, that are helping organisations and systems to measure and take action on health inequality.​

Delegates will be able to look closely at individual tools, share their experiences of how effective those tools are in supporting intelligence-gathering, understanding and improvement, and how they can work together to build lasting change.
