1st July 2022 marks a step change in how the health and care of a nation is managed, as integrated care systems go live.  This session will explore what systems need to do next to ensure they can deliver an ambition for citizens and services that goes further than anything that has gone before.  What does a transformed health and care system need to look like to patients and communities?  How do we need to work differently for outcomes to be transformed?
