This session will explore how systems are measuring the impact of integration locally. Looking beyond performance and oversight measures, the panel will consider how systems are evaluating their progress towards creating a joined-up health and care system for their communities. ​

Building on leadership and management skills for improvement-led delivery, we will reflect on how systems themselves are identifying what works locally for their own populations and sharing their own learning. We will explore measures of patient and workforce experience, the Integration Index Experience Survey, and how systems are creating continuous cycles of learning and improvement.
