'Giving you the digital tools to work smarter, to help you and your working life'.

The Digital People Strategy is looking at people and workforce solutions through the lens of individuals, trusts and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs).

The session will provide:

  • a strategic overview covering human resources/ organisational development futures, embedding digitally enabled solutions, and the broader People Digital Strategy
  • timescales and high-level timeline at a national level for people/workforce digital initiatives
  • a focus on the benefits it will bring
  • sharing lessons from ICSs.

Interoperability and a federated eco-system is at the heart of the ambition so organisations can have solutions that work for them and that work together to provide the strategic information needed to make informed decisions.

For individuals, the ambition to have a single front-door for services will make access simple and straightforward.

This session will feature speakers from the national partners on different aspects, plus examples of strategy into action, lessons learned and realising the benefits from ICS colleagues.
