This session will support a discussion around creating and building a sustainable NHS workforce for the future.

Key to achieving this is the need to expand, develop and retain our colleagues for longer, offer more flexible ways of working, support colleagues to complete administrative tasks more easily and make volunteering a key element of our workforce planning.

This session will consider how our workforce will change, how we might need to adapt to support new ways of working, and will share examples of work currently happening to help address some of the challenges.

This session is part of the Sustainable Healthcare Theatre, which is sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim.
