  • what the key enablers are to making this real
  • how INTs and primary care networks can use integrated data to develop a single holistic view of the population to provide actionable insights and better outcomes for patients and citizens
  • how to use this evidence to ensure continued investment and meaningful support of integrated working at neighbourhood level.
