We know that listening to and connecting with the people and communities you serve will lead to better, personalised, more effective high-quality services, including improved access and reduced inequalities. We know there is more to do to make this central to the business of the NHS. How do we make the case for opening ourselves and being curious to learning in order to improve quality and productivity?
