2025 Agenda

Leadership in a time of neighbourhood health

12 Jun 2025
Charter 1 - main stage
Integration – system / place / neighbourhood , Workforce, people and leadership

The NHS delivers amazing care to patients every single day. But there are times when care is not what it should be and services must continue to change and improve.

Excellent management and leadership are key to delivering change and improvement in the NHS and are central to delivering safe patient care and best value for taxpayers.

Through continuing to professionalise managers across the service we can instil pride and grow public confidence in NHS managers and leaders. This session will explore the opportunities and value of leadership in the context of the three shifts in the government’s ten-year plan, focusing on neighbourhood teams.
