2025 Agenda

A culture of innovation: how can we empower leaders to spread and scale ideas across the NHS?

11 Jun 2025
Charter 1 - main stage
Collaboration / partnerships / patient or public engagement , Innovation, life sciences and research

This session is developed and funded by Lilly for UK HCPs and other relevant decision makers.

Innovation in healthcare isn't just about fresh ideas, it's about making them work. In uncertain times it's tempting to play it safe, but that means missing out on real improvements in patient care. Data-driven and digital tools, such as electronic patient recorded outcome measures (ePROMs) and risk stratification solutions, can make a tangible difference in transforming care pathways and outcomes. Combining strong leadership, powerful data stories, and industry partnerships, the NHS can champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, transforming patient care for the better. Join this session to hear examples of how the NHS and industry are working together and how we can spread innovations that work locally across the whole of the UK.
