Health inequalities

This session will focus on the work of the Children and Young People’s Health Equity Collaborative, a unique partnership between Barnardo's, the Institute of Health Equity and three integrated care systems: Birmingham and Solihull, Cheshire and Merseyside, and South Yorkshire.

We will share our Child Health Equity Framework, how children and young people have been central to the programme, and the lasting impact we want to leave.

We will also share the vision and aim of this exciting collaborative. You will hear about the interventions in each area to address the social determinants of health, to improve health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities among children and young people.
