When data is linked and presented visually it tells a story, turning it into insights that can be actioned.

Healthcare teams from frontline care roles to strategic commissioners are focused on improving outcomes and productivity and faced with many questions day to day: How can we improve access to care and ensure it is available when needed? How can we provide more proactive, personalised care? How do we help people stay well for longer? All while managing a day job where time and resources are limited.

This interactive session with the team from Westminster will explore how they are beginning to use data that surfaces insights, helping them think differently about how resources can be used more efficiently to improve outcomes for priority cohorts within their population and address inequalities in access to, and delivery of, care.

This session is supported by Optum.
