Fostering innovation: building blocks for a thriving culture
The session will highlight why innovation culture is critical for healthcare transformation, and will equip delegates with real-world examples and resources to adopt within their own organisation.
It will explore case studies of local initiatives, including: how Norfolk and Waveney ICB has built an innovation culture across the ICB, provider organisations and staff, through training and engagement; Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust’s innovation fellowships and innovation hub; West Yorkshire’s innovation learning programme; and Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust’s innovation fellowship programmes for staff and local small and medium-sized enterprises, building bridges across the local patch.
