Community Voices was launched during the pandemic to increase COVID-19 vaccination uptake in Norfolk and Waveney’s most deprived areas. The initiative is a collaboration between system partners and engages underserved and Core20PLUS5 communities through ‘trusted communicators’ on various health topics.

This session will explore the development of Community Voices and how trusted communicators from voluntary and community groups conducted conversations with residents, recording their insights in a central data repository. It will look at how the insights were used to develop interventions that focused on the enablers identified, such as family support and motivation to live longer and minimised barriers, like lacks of access to healthcare and bad healthcare experiences.
