In this session, colleagues from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and NHS Race and Health Observatory (RHO) will share learning from a pilot Learning and Action Network (LAN). The RHO LAN piloted an approach to embedding anti-racism through quality improvement to address ethnic inequalities in maternal and neonatal health. We will share learning from this process including insights about quality improvement at system level; case studies that highlight the value of an anti-racism approach to addressing ethnic health inequalities; and actionable insights for colleagues working at system, provider and service-level to apply in their own practice.
