This session will outline the areas of focus for NHS England and GIRFT’s Further Faster 20 (FF20) programme which, in line with the government’s Get Britain Working initiative, is supporting 20 NHS trusts and their integrated care systems to reduce waiting times in areas of England with high levels of economic inactivity, enabling more people to get back to work.

Attendees will gain insight into some of the innovations and initiatives being shared and implemented among the FF20 cohort, with practical examples of rapid clinical transformation to streamline pathways and reduce waiting times. The session will also present examples of work being carried out to improve the secondary care interface with primary and community services for community MSK services and reduce missed appointments in deprived areas.
