The 25/26 operational planning guidance emphasises NHS England's commitment to prioritising prevention and proactive care within effective population health management. This includes a heightened focus on preventing cardiovascular events by supporting GPs in achieving optimal lipid control for more patients.

Discover how early prevention strategies can create a future-ready NHS by offering cost savings and promoting health and economic benefits.

This session will showcase two successful examples and discuss their impacts on reducing health inequalities and improving outcomes for high-risk patients.

This session is supported by Novartis UK. This non-promotional session has been organised and fully funded by Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK Ltd.
